Spend an evening learning how to thread and use a sewing machine effectively using sewing techniques such as back stitch, straight stitch, curves and corners.

Come join us at 38coLab , in Kilkenny's city centre, on 3rd October from 6.30pm - 8.30pm for this 2 hour hands-on workshop where you will learn the basics in machine sewing.  The class will explore how to sew confidently and apply your newly learnt techniques to a simple project. I will have a range of fabric available for you to play with, but you are encouraged to ask questions and take time to get familiar with each task.

ALL MATERIALS WILL BE PROVIDED and you will leave with all samples made in class and an extra special surprise!  We will take a tea break around 45 minutes into the class, and we have complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits. 38coLab is centrally located among great cafes and restaurants so you can grab a takeaway coffee out if you like.

Class size is limited to 6 and our workshops fill up fast so don't forget to reserve your spot by purchasing your place in the class.  If you would like to guarantee your place in the workshop you can select the date below and pay online to hold your space.
