By placing an order, you are accepting the Zoë Carol contract and terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. You will have the opportunity to double check and adjust your order before the final confirmation step, so don’t worry if you make a mistake or change your mind about anything.

The language of the contract is English and we will sell our collections in Euro (€). Based on the selected shipping country, the prices displayed on Zoë Carol Online include the statutory Value Added Tax but they do not include a delivery charge.

When will my order arrive?

When I send a return or exchange back to you, how long will it take?

Once you have posted your return or exchange back to us it can take up to 21 days to reach us – when it arrives we’ll make sure to send you an email. The refund or exchange will then be arranged for you. We always try to be as fast as possible, but during busy periods it may take a little longer! We always try to re-stock our popular styles to give you the best possible selection of timeless, functional and considered garments for the season. We also offer re-invented classics in new colours, shapes and fabrics – so please keep your eye out! How do I find out more about the garment I want to buy?

We know how important it is for a garment to fit properly and feel right, so we take time to explain a garment’s fit, style and material on each item’s page. If you do have any other questions relating to fit, materials or want specific measurements, please contact Customer Service who will be happy to advise you. If they don’t have the information to hand, they’ll be sure to get back to you as soon as possible.

I am trying to access your website but there is a problem. Can you help?

We know that it can be frustrating when you can’t view a website properly. If you are having trouble, we have a few things that you can try. The first thing is to make sure that you have the most up-to-date browser. The other is to clear your cookies – this can be done through your internet options. If it still isn’t working, don’t hesitate to contact us!

We hope that shopping with us online is as easy and enjoyable an experience as shopping with our stockist stores. Our virtual shop space is designed with your convenience in mind, so we have included filters which enable you to shop by category.

When you are ready to place your order, you can simply type in your email and provide us with your shipping details. No registration is required.

Change of existing order

We start to process your order as soon as you place it so that you receive your items as quickly as possible. This means that if you change your mind or realise that you have made a mistake after placing your order, there is a very limited time-frame in which you can amend or cancel it. So, if you have any questions about an order you have placed or would like to make any changes, please contact the Zoë Carol Customer Service team as soon as possible, who will be happy to help you.

If your order has already been despatched from our warehouse before you can cancel or change it, simply return it to us for a refund when you receive it and place a new order.


A cookie is a small text file sent from a website and stored locally on the visitor's hard drive, in this case, your computer. The cookie also tells us whether you have visited our website before and which of our pages you have browsed. We never use cookies to store personal information about you (such as card number, address or what you buy). Cookies are only used to enhance your browsing experience or to enable us to track the number of visitors to different pages.

We hope you will love everything that you order from us, but don’t worry if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to return, or to exchange the same item for a different colour or size (as long as it is the same price or lower).

We’ll give you a full refund (or difference, if any, in the case of exchanges) by the same method you used to pay, and all we ask is that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on.

Please note that items bought online cannot be refunded or exchanged in any of our stockists.

How to return or exchange

1. Pack your garment in its original packaging.

2. Fill in the returns note with your reason for returning the item and if you would like to exchange, details of the new size or colour.

3. Attach your return label to the outside of the parcel, making sure that you remove or cover the original address label.

4. Hand the parcel in at the post office, remembering to get a receipt as proof of postage.

We will let you know when we receive and approve your return. Then we’ll confirm and send the item you would like in exchange or issue a refund by the same payment method as your order, deducting the cost you paid for the return postage.

Please remember that financial responsibility for the return is yours until it reaches us, so we recommend that you only use our postage labels and a reputable postage service.

If you decide to return something, please ensure that it is in perfect condition. This means...

- clean (no deodorant, perfume or make-up stains)

- unworn

- unwashed

Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and may be sent back to you.


Once your return has been received, you will receive a full refund within 14 days. Please note that returns can take up to 21 days to reach us. At peak times the return process may take a little longer.

Card Payments:

After your return has been processed and approved by us, we will ask your bank to process a refund. Card refunds can take up to 10 working days depending on your bank's processing time – please note that we are unable to influence this.


After your return has been processed and approved by us, we will credit your PayPal account and the refund will show on your PayPal statement after 3 working days. PayPal payments funded by a credit or debit card will be refunded to that card, and for payments funded with both a card and another funding source, the card portion will be refunded to the card and the remainder to the PayPal account.


We accept online card payment with Visa, Amex, MasterCard, Maestro, Discover and many other credit and debit cards via PayPal.

We will only take payment from your credit/debit card or Paypal account when your order has been dispatched. The currency used is Euro (€) for all countries. VAT is included in all our prices. All prices and product information on the Zoë Carol online shop are subject to change and some garments are only available in selected stockists.

For card purchases we work with an authorized payment agent that helps us to check directly with your bank that the card is valid for purchases. Our payment agent processes your card details in the correct way according to the international security standard PCI DSS, which was developed by the card companies VISA, MasterCard, Diners, American Express and JCB. This means that your card details are processed with a very high level of security. To make card purchases with us as secure as possible all information is sent in encrypted form using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). This means that the information is passed through a secure connection and that your card details cannot be read by external parties.
